This is a cashless only benefit to be availed through MediBuddy platform.
No reimbursement will be allowed.
Any additional costs beyond the covered benefits will be paid by the associate through MediBuddy payment gateways.
Coverage details are subject to company policies and MediBuddy terms.
The OPD services are subject to availability and policy terms.
I accept the policy terms and conditions and confirm my consent to deduct the total Premium from salary/paycheck in three equal instalments.
I hereby release Tech Mahindra and any other juridical person(s) including MediBuddy (Phasorz Technologies Pvt Ltd) associated with this Wellness Flex
benefits program, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, subcontractors, successors and assigns, from any liability
arising from or in any way connected with my participation in this program and related services.
